Learning Outcomes After you Graduate
You may wish to continue your studies by enrolling on a two-year, Level 8, Honours Degree in Construction Management. This programme would be accredited by HETAC and recognised by the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) as fulfilling the academic requirements for corporate membership.

The CIOB’s third annual skills survey (published May 2009) highlights a skills shortage within the construction despite the
recession and downturn in construction demand. Opportunities for employment therefore remain within the sector for qualified Construction Managers.
