Learning Outcomes Before the end of each module each participant will complete a monthly coaching focus sheet which will clearly define the top 4 goals to be achieved within the following 4 weeks. It will also have a top learning’s goal. Each mentoring session will last an hour and be focus on the meeting of these goals. The responsibility to attend the mentoring sessions remains with the SME and not the coach.
