Before attending this course you need to be familiar with the basic functions of Excel and be able to open, navigate and print a worksheet. A basic knowledge of formulas is helpful. You should be able to generate a basic chart.

N.B. The course content is as listed – This course DOES NOT cover Macros or Pivot Tables.

Course Content This course is specifically for those who already know how to input data into a spreadsheet and who are working on sheets created by others but want to know how to set up and manage their own worksheets.

Course Content This course is aimed for employees who wish to act as an occupational first aider for their company. Under the General Application Regulations 2007 (Part 7 Chapter 2 First Aid) requires companies to train a number of their employees to act as Occupational first aiders in the workplace.

Skills Demonstration
A skills demonstration is used to assess a wide range of practical based learning outcomes including practical skills and knowledge. A skills demonstration will require the learner to complete a task or series of tasks that demonstrate a range of skills.

Learning Outcomes Learners will be able to:
1. Display awareness of some basic features of the culture of the target country, to include commonplace greetings and social courtesies, and local customs

2. Use introductory vocabulary, to include greetings, introductions, courtesies, basic personal information, numbers 1-100, time, simple directions, making purchases, food and drink

3. Use sentence connectors, question words and simple grammatical constructions with correct pronunciation

Training Duration:
This course is delivered over a 4 day period with weekly intervals between first 3 workshops and a two week interval between workshop 3 & 4. These intervals will allow participants to build and practice the learning from each module and review any issues & learning points before returning to following workshop. In the case of the final workshop, it allows participants to develop their presentation and assignment.

Following successful completion you will receive a FETAC Level 6 Train the Trainer component Certificate (E31079).
