Course Content Participants will gain an understanding of the principals for effective team working, learn how to identify their place within the team and how to communicate effectively within the team. They will be provided with the skills to manage, coach and motivate a team and learn how to set team orientated goals.

The course programme will be presented through the use of a variety of learning methods including:

• Power Point Presentations,
• Course Programme handouts

Entry Requirements There are no entry requirements. This five days intensive training course is aimed at people who want to develop their coaching skills to develop their staff and business performance
