Course Content • Understand the role of Coach and Mentor as opposed to Manager, Supervisor or Trainer within their organisations
• Identify the difference between Coaching and Mentoring
• Identify their key strengths and possible blind spots as internal Coaches/Mentors
• Understand the concept of ‘Client Centred Coaching’ and demonstrate an ability to operate in this model
• Demonstrate an ability to apply the skill of smart Questioning while coaching – recognizing agenda based questions and the benefits and appropriateness of each questioning type when coaching
