To assist established supervisors and middle managers enhance their operating skills and strategies and to enable newly appointed or less experienced people to develop their existing skills and to identify additional skills and strategies of relevance to their role.

|Methods of Assessment||*This programme is a FETAC component (minor) award, certified at Level 6 on the national framework of qualifications (www.nfq.ie).
