Luas

Green Line to Sandyford

  • Disembark at the "Sandyford" LUAS stop.
  • On exiting the station, turn right to Blackthorn Avenue and take immediate left onto Blackthorn road.
  • Continue up the Blackthorn road (it turns slightly).
  • Furze Road will be on your left.
  • “Q House” is visible as soon as you turn to Furze Road.

Bus

Buses servicing the Sandyford Industrial Estate

  • No 46b – Mountjoy Square > Donnybrook > Fosters Avenue > Blackthorn Rd, Sandyford Industrial Estate (50 minutes).
  • No 5 – O’Connell Street > Ballsbridge > Blackrock > Sandyford (60 minutes).
  • No 14 – Blackrock > Sandyford > Ticknock (30 minutes).

Car

From M50

  • Join the M50 southbound.
  • Take the slip road sign posted for Dundrum/Sandyford exit 13.
  • At the roundabout take the 3rd exit, road running parallel to the M50 (signposted Sandyford).
  • Turn left at 1st traffic lights.(First exit on roundabout).
  • At the next set of traffic lights turn right on to Blackthorn Drive.
  • At the traffic lights ("Beacon Hotel" on your right), turn right onto Blackthorn Road.
  • Take the second right onto Furze Road.
  • “Q House” is visible as soon as you turn to Furze Road.

From City Centre

  • Follow the N11 southbound through Donnybrook and Stillorgan.
  • After passing the Stillorgan Park Hotel (on the left) and the Stillorgan village junction, turn right at the next lights (St John of God hospital on the left hand side) onto Brewery Road.
  • At the end of Brewery Road, take thefourth exit off the roundabout, heading into the Sandyford Industrial Estate.
  • At the T -junction at the end of this road, (Burton Hall Avenue) turn left onto Blackthorn Road.
  • Take the second left to Furze Road.
  • “Q House” is visible as soon as you turn to Furze Road.

Parking

  • Pay & Display parking is available on Furze Road at a cost of €5 per day.
  • Paid public parking is also available in the Beacon Hotel. This car park is accessible from Blackthorn Road.
