Network Structure

Each network has a contracting organisation that manages the activities of the network and receives the funds from Skillnets on behalf of the network group.
Also, representatives of the member companies form a steering or management group to oversee and direct the network. The group meets on a regular basis and makes management decisions.
The network manager is the key coordinator, providing the professional and developmental input. Others who provide services to the network include trainers, business advisors and academics.
The core of a network is the member companies. Companies which are members of networks span the full range of industry sectors and can be enterprises of any size.
The network trainee profile can include any employee groups as well as job-seekers that satisfy eligibility criteria.
