To provide a forum for participating organisations to learn, explore develop and apply new ways of jointly managing change and addressing business challenges.

The training will largely focus on the delivery of a 6-day FETAC accredited Team working course, and will concentrate on developing participants ability to work comfortably in a team-working environment.
