Primary Focus of Network:
The Network is comprised of 90 plastic part manufacturers, users of plastic sub-assemblies, suppliers to the plastic processing industry and related companies. This Network will support this industry by developing and delivering training courses to assist the sector:

Gaining FETAC Certificates in Plastic Extrusion and Plastic Blow Moulding over a four-year timeframe. In addition, the development of a certified clean room manufacturing certificate for operators in medical device supplier companies has been identified as a way of improving manufacturing standards and this is expected to be developed during the lifespan of the network.

All training developed by the network will continue to be designed to increase specific skills and to directly increase the competitiveness of the member companies.
