The aim of SLM Manufacturers Skillnet is to enhance employability in its sector and beyond and thereby strengthen the viability of its respective businesses through five interlinked objectives:

Equip a skills pool to positively tackle change issues.

Develop strategies to shift from long term low skilled to flexible/responsive high skilled.

Integrate new entrants to the labour market especially migrant workers - the new Irish.
